Alas and Adieu, the time for my subscription is almost up, so I thought I'd post just one last (pretty) journal before I revert back to glorious greenness...

Some news: It may look like it, but I haven't actually forgotten my 366 challenge... I've actually got a ton of stuff, but have been too busy/lazy to actually scan it and post it, which is totally my bad! I'm still having a blast and my coloured version of drawing #100 is looking really awesome with my new colouring technique! WOOT! (If I do woot myself, of course!) Here's some development work for that pic:

I do have to admit though that I've deviated from my 'People I Know' theme, because I've been watching a ton of new animated series that have inspired me to get our of my mediocre funk style-wise and start pushing my characters a little more! If you haven't seen it yet, Young Justice is one of those PHENOMENAL series that DC seems to be generating at the moment... Warner Premier is untouchable in terms of animation standard and quality and with character designs by , how can you go wrong? However, I did draw my good buddy Kirsten: , so I haven't been THAT bad.

Otherwise, I'm busy with a freelance commission at the moment and writing my butt off for my upcoming conference!

Also, two big dates to remember: Friday, 4 May is Star Wars day! WOOHOO! May the 4th be with you! And the day straight after that is Free Comic Book Day! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!! Are any of you gonna join Kitty and I at the campout at Cosmic Comics?
